Ingredients
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley -or-
2 teaspoons Dry parsley
1/2 teaspoon Poultry seasoning or sage
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh basil -or-
1 teaspoon Dry basil
1 pound Ground turkey
1/4 cup Chopped onion
SAUCE
1 tablespoon Low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
Instructions
Combine egg, crumbs, seasonings. Add turkey and onion, mix well. Press evenly into ungreased 8 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until done.
