Baked French Toast

Yields: 6 Servings

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 1/2 cups Milk
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
6 sl Egg bread, 1″ th

Instructions
Heat oven to 475 degrees. Drizzle melted butter onto 17 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Whisk together milk, eggs, confectioners sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Dip both sides of bread into milk mixture; place on prepared pan. Pour any remaining milk mixture over bread. Let stand 20 minutes, turning bread over a couple of times. Bake in 475 degree oven, turning once, until puffed and golden, for about 15 minutes.
